For Orders Within the U.S.:

Order processing takes 1 to 3 business days, followed by shipping based on the selected delivery method and carrier.


For International Orders:

You, as the purchaser or recipient, are responsible for understanding and anticipating any potential import fees, duties, or additional charges when purchasing from this website and shipping to your selected location.


Shipments/orders refused due to non-payment of C.O.D. charges, import fees, duties, and/or additional import costs will not be eligible for a refund on shipping charges.


Please ensure that your international shipping address is accurate and valid.

Orders that are not picked up from your country’s postal office/service center or fail to be delivered to the provided address may be abandoned and destroyed or returned to the sender.


If a package is returned to us due to an invalid, incorrect, or undeliverable address, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.

At this time, international orders are not eligible for returns.


Please allow 1-5 business days for processing international orders, depending on the shipping season. Our team is committed to ensuring your order is shipped as quickly as possible.
