Online Return & Cancellation Policy
Returns and refunds for handcrafted candles will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Returns for home decor and accessories will be processed within 3-7 days after receiving the return shipment. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. At this time, free return shipping is not included.
Refund Requests for Shipments with an
Unsuccessful/Failed Delivery
By purchasing from our website inventiscandles.com, you, as the recipient, are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and successfully receiving shipments using tracking notifications sent from email addresses ending in "@inventiscandles.com."
Orders that fail to be successfully delivered and are returned to sender due to any of the following reasons:
- Refusal of package
- Invalid, incorrect, or undeliverable address
- Recipient no longer at the provided address or moved
- Maximum delivery attempts exceeded
- Unpaid or uncollectible C.O.D. charges, import fees, duties, or customs fees
→ are not eligible for shipping refunds.
Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refundable subtotal (excluding shipping costs).

Please email your order number and email address to
candles@inventis-consulting.com with the subject line:
"Return Inquiry - Order #”. A return label will be provided via email.
Additional Return & Refund Terms
- Items must be returned within 15 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging (including boxes, cards, etc.).
- Inventis Candles Houston (Inventis Consulting LLC) is not responsible for stolen, lost, or returned packages.
- We cannot reroute shipped orders.
- Incorrect items must be reported within 3 days and returned within 7 business days from the delivery date.
- Photos of damaged items must be emailed to candles@inventis-consulting.com, including images of:
- The damaged product
- The shipping label
- The shipping box
- The product packaging
→ Refunds or replacements will not be processed without photo evidence.
- Items returned in damaged condition are not eligible for a refund.
- Orders that qualified for free shipping will have the shipping cost deducted from the refund amount.
- Returned items may be subject to a $5 flat fee or a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount after shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses (including but not limited to missing or misspelled street names, house numbers, ZIP/postal codes, apartments, unit numbers, floors, etc.).
- Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped.
- Orders with a free gift may be final sale and non-refundable.
- Items marked as "final sale" are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
- Shipments lost in transit or delayed cannot be refunded but may qualify for a free replacement.
- If the provided address was correct but the shipment was lost or delayed, a free replacement will be issued.
- Shipments abandoned or destroyed due to the recipient’s failure to pick them up are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
- Rejected deliveries returned to our sorting center will undergo return inspection before a replacement or refund is issued, subject to the reason for rejection.
- Handcrafted products may have slight variations in color and texture due to their handmade nature. Free replacements are only offered for defective or damaged products within the U.S.
- Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placement, as orders may be shipped within as little as 10 minutes after being placed. Order cancellation requests made after 10 minutes must be approved via email.
- If a returned order contains only one item (excluding the free gift), the free gift must also be returned.
- Policies and procedures are subject to change without notice.
International Returns
At this time, international orders are non-returnable and cannot be accepted.
