Marianna Nykyforchyn holds a Ph.D., is a marketer, and a coach specializing in brand creation and business launches from scratch. She is the founder of Inventis Consulting and Commerce Trading Group.

Dr. Nykyforchyn received her education and training at universities and associations in various countries around the world, including Ukraine, Italy, and Brazil.

Dr. Nykyforchyn is the author of 16 scientific articles in the areas of economics and leadership. She authored a dissertation on the topic: Management of Operational Efficiency of the Enterprise.

Her research interests encompass areas such as organizational behavior, corporate culture, business psychology and leadership, personnel management and development, the establishment of management systems, and operational efficiency.

She has been working as a business coach since 2015. She is a leading expert and author of training programs in strategic management, operational management and operational efficiency, building a management system, team formation, delegation, stress resilience, time management, brand building, and emotional intelligence.

She has worked with clients from the United States, Azerbaijan, Norway, the Netherlands, and Ukraine.
